I lived at a Burnham Rentals apartment for 3 years while attending law school. It was an amazing experience. You cannot beat the location or quality of the apartments. Also, the landlords are more than fair and are happy to help with any problems that arise. All of the leasing and cleaning procedures were clear and reasonable, and any time I had a problem they were quick to help.
We highly recommend Burnham Rentals. Our daughter’s apartment was beautiful! We felt safe having our daughter stay in this family owned apartment with the owners on site daily. They were quick to respond to any issues and took an interest in the students lives. We could not have asked for a better experience for her first apartment from move in to move out!
Going to miss burnham rentals after the spring! Staff is amazing so friendly and helpful with any questions. Maintenance is quick and fast! The apartments are great! I’ve had no issues. Love burnham rentals and highly recommend for any student looking for a place super close to campus 🙂
